As previously announced Rizin 14 will feature an exhibition boxing bout involving Floyd Mayweather and Tenshin Nasukawa. There will also be 11 MMA fights on the December 31st card at the Saitama Super Arena with Kyoji Horiguchi slated to face Darrion Caldwell.

Horiguchi (25-2) has won seven MMA fights out of seven for Rizin, although he did lose to Tenshin in a kickboxing contest. The Rizin bantamweight title will be on the line when he faces Caldwell (13-1) who is the reigning Bellator bantamweight champion.

Horiguchi will not be the only UFC veteran on the card. Ulka Sasaki (21-6-2) has signed with Rizin and will face Manel Kape (12-3) in Tokyo on New Year’s Eve. The Angolan has won three fights out of five for Rizin while the Japanese fighter was in UFC action earlier this month.

As previously announced Kanna Asakura (13-2), who won the Rizin atomweight Grand Prix last year, will face Ayaka Hamasaki (16-2) in a bout that has the atomweight title on the line. Meanwhile Yuki Motoya (22-5-0-1) faces UFC veteran Justin Scoggins (11-5) in a catchweight contest.

The card is stacked with UFC alumni and looks set to kick off with a lightweight scrap that pits two of them together. Rizin regular Daron Cruickshank (21-10-0-1) will be looking to build on his three fight winning streak when he faces promotional newcomer Damien Brown (17-12).
