Undefeated Hawaiian lightweight Lowen Tynanes returns after a three year hiatus at ONE: ‘Hero’s Ascent’. He has been booked to face Honorio Banario in one of several matchups added to the January 25th card at the MOA Arena.

Tynanes (9-0) has not seen action since 2016 but has won five fights out of five for ONE Championship and beat Eduard Folayang before signing with the promotion. Meanwhile Banario (14-7) is a former featherweight champion and has won six out of his last seven.

The matchup will serve as a quarter final of the ONE Lightweight Grand Prix. It is the second bout to be announced for the tournament with Eddie Alvarez already booked to face Timofey Nastyukhin in the other.

As previously announced Geje Eustaquio will rematch Adriano Moraes in the main event with the Filipino’s flyweight title on the line. Meanwhile former title challenger Danny Kingad faces Tatsumitsa Wada in the co-main event.
