Indonesian featherweight Jeka Saragih will be competing on the UFC Fight Night 243 card. He has been matched with Westin Wilson at the Apex Centre in Las Vegas on June 15th.

Expectations were low when Saragih (14-3) was signed for the promotion. He caused a major upset and earned a $50,000 USD bonus by knocking out Lucas Alexander at UFC Vegas 82.

Having silenced the doubters with that performance the 29 year old has been handed another opportunity to prove his credentials. Saragih takes on Wilson (16-9) who will be looking for his first ever UFC win.

The American was signed in 2023 after scoring some impressive submission wins on the regional scene in the US. He has fought in the octagon twice and been stopped in the opening round on both occasions.

Heavyweight veteran

There are currently eight bouts on the UFC Fight Night 243 card. Former heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski is still going strong at the age of 45 although he’s on a poor run of results.

Arlovski (34-23-0-2) won the heavyweight belt in 2005. His longevity is remarkable but the Belarusian has lost his last three and could potentially be fighting for his UFC future here.

He has been matched with Martin Buday (13-2). The Russian’s 12 fight winning streak came to an end when he was stopped by Shamil Gaziev at UFC 296 last December.
