Red Dela Cruz is on her way to Singapore! The sexy octagon girl is all set to strut her stuff at UFC 275 which goes down on Sunday morning and will be broadcast on pay per view in the US.

The model and social media influencer took to Instagram to inform followers of her travel plans:

Filipina stunner

Dela Cruz first came to prominence with PXC. The promotion is now defunct but was regularly putting on events in the Philippines and employed the services of the stunning Filipina.

She caught the eye of the UFC and has become one of the most famous octagon girls. With the promotion returning to South East Asia for the first time since the pandemic the promotion has clearly decided that the Filipina stunner’s presence is required.

Dela Cruz was last seen in action at UFC London. She has also featured at some of the ‘Fight Island’ events which took place in Abu Dhabi during the height of the pandemic.

There aren’t any Filipino fighters on the UFC roster right now. The event at UFC 275 is set to feature just one fighter from South East Asia with Hong Kong’s Ramona Pascual booked for a featherweight fight.

Local feel

The presence of Dela Cruz is sure to give the event more of a local feel. She won’t be the only Asian representative though because Weili Zhang, Seung Woo Choi, Hayisaer Maheshate, Kyung Ho Kang, Batgerel Danaa and Na Liang are all on the card.

Zhang, Maheshate and Liang hail from China. Choi and Kang are representing South Korea while Danaa is the only Mongolian fighter currently on the UFC roster.

This will be the UFC’s first event in Singapore since 2019. The previous cards have all taken place in the evening but none of them have featured title fights or been on pay per view.

The most recent event in Singapore was UFC Fight Night 162. Ben Askren lost to Demian Maia in the main event, it would prove to be the former ONE Championship welterweight king’s final fight.
