A promotion in Arizona is set to launch a 16 man tournament with a ONE Championship contract on the line for the winner. RUF MMA will get the competition underway next month.
RUF 39 is set for March 13th but no venue or fight card has been announced at the time of writing. However it has been confirmed that the first round of the heavyweight tournament will begin at this event.
Dr. Joel Lopez, President of RUF, said,

RUF is poised with the ideal stage for recruitment, and the response from applicants has been overwhelming so far. I believe this tournament will produce some of the best undiscovered talent in the US to add to ONE’s roster.”
Rich Franklin, Vice President of ONE Championship, said,

There will be more tournaments held by RUF this year in different divisions with the winners guaranteed a ONE Championship contract.
