Amin Ayoub rematches Youssef Wehbe at UAE Warriors 7 in a bout which will have the promotion’s vacant lightweight title on the line. The former will be looking to become a two division champion at the Mubadala Arena on July 5th.

Ayoub (12-4) captured the welterweight title at UAE Warriors 6 last month. The French fighter already holds a win over Wehbe, he submitted him with a second round rear naked choke at Phoenix FC 6 last year and you can see the full fight here:

Wehbe (7-6) is coming off a rematch victory at UAE Warriors 6.  He avenged January’s decision defeat to Leandro Martins Oliveira at Abu Dhabi Warriors 5 by outpointing the Brazilian in their second encounter.

UAE Warriors 7 will also feature a catchweight contest pitting Mohammad Fakhreddine against Jesse Taylor. The fight is set for 180lbs and pits the Lebanese fighter against the two time TUF alumni and UFC veteran.

Taylor (31-15) also has a TUF record of 7-0 and is coming off a submission win against Dhiego Lima at the TUF 25 Finale. He was subsequently released by the UFC after failing an out of competition drug test and has been out of action for two years.

Fakhreddine (10-30-1) is winless in his last three contests. The Lebanese fighter is a veteran of Middle Eastern promotions like Brave and Desert Force and will be making his promotional debut on July 5th.

The card will also feature Chi Lewis Parry, Rolando Dy, Ahmed Labban, Dan Collins, Hussein Fakhir Abed, Jaures Dea, Rami Aziz, Kantharaj Agasa, Marcelo Pontes, Marcos Paulo Costa, Rey Nacionales, Siyovush Gulmamadov, Jason Ponet, Trent Girdham, Hamza Bougamza, Bahcir Yammine, Alexandru Chitoran, Adamson Torbiso and Bruno Machado.

Unusually, the promotion has decided to share the list of fighters without revealing the actual matchups.
