A lightweight fight between Bruno Miranda and Hong Young-Ki has been added to the Road FC 52 card. The two men will face off at Jangchung Arena on February 23rd in the promotion’s first event of the year.
Miranda (11-3) has spent the majority of his career competing under the Road FC banner, winning six fights out of eight. The Brazilian, who fights out of Tiger Muay Thai, has won his last two.
Young-Ki (5-4) has a background in Taekwondo whereas Miranda has spent five years sharpening up his Muay Thai skills in Phuket and this has been billed as a striking battle. The Korean has spent his entire career competing for Road FC and is coming off back to back wins.
As previously announced the card will feature a catchweight contest between Kim Seung-Yeon and Ki No-Joo while the main event sees Shamil Zavurov and Mansour Barnaoui face off in the final of the lightweight tournament with $1 million in prize money and a title shot on the line.
