Hong Jun Young faces Azizbek Satibaldiev at Double G FC 3
Double G FC returns from a six-month hiatus on October 5 in Seoul at the K Hotel for its third event. With less than two weeks until showtime, the promotion has revealed the full fight card with 11 matchups containing some of the best regional prospects.
The headliner will pit Korean Zombie protege Hong Jun Young (9-5) against RFCH featherweight champion Azizbek Satibaldiev (15-7) in a featherweight clash. Both competitors head into this bout on a multi-fight win streaks.
Alongside Satibaldiev, there will be two other fighters representing Kyrgystan on the night. Road FC veteran Bakhtiyar Toychubaev (12-4) takes on TFC bantamweight champion Hwang Young Jin (6-3) in the co-main event.
Meanwhile Bobmurod Iuldashev (2-1) will face off against unblemished Bea Dong Hyun (2-0) in a heavyweight tilt.
Making his return from nearly a two-year break is highly touted welterweight Kim Han Seul (9-3). The 29-year-old Korean slugger will test himself against Wardog welterweight champion Maeda Makoto (9-8-4), who is also coming off a 12-month layoff.
The only women’s matchup sees URCC flyweight champion Seo Ji-Yeon (7-4) making her promotional debut against Arai Mika (4-1). After spending most of her career with TFC, Seo has been active recently with a stint on ONE Warrior Series having mixed results.
Mika, on the other hand, is coming off the first loss of her professional career one year ago at Deep-Jewels 21.
There will also be a light heavyweight fight to keep your eye out for between undefeated French grappler Luc Rousseau (6-0) and Russian Mametov Ilkhomzhan (3-0).
