Ramona Pascual’s career took an unexpected twist this week. The Hong Kong native will be moving up in weight to face Guadalupe Guzman at Ikon Fighting Federation 7 in Sinaloa tomorrow night (local time).

Pascual (4-2) has not fought since 2019. But she has been training hard at Syndicate MMA in Las Vegas where she has been based for the past three months.

The 32 year old has previously been training at the UFC Performance Insitute in Shanghai. Pascual is coming off back to back wins but has not fought since 2019.

Guzman is making her pro debut and nothing is known about the Mexican. This fight is set for featherweight although Pascual has been competing at 135lbs for the past few years.
