Superlek Kiatmoo9 has been learning some new tricks! Multiple time taekwondo world champion Rayna Vallandingham is training in the same gym and she demonstrated an incredible spinning kick to the Muay Thai veteran.
As a veteran of 300 or so fights you would have thought that Superlek has seen it all. But he looks extremely impressed and shakes his head when she asks him if he is going to try and do the kick himself:

Big fight
Superlek has a big fight of his own coming up. He is taking on compatriot Rodtang Jitmuangnon at ONE Fight Night 8 next month.
The two men have never crossed paths before but have been on the same fight cards numerous times. They know each other well and it would be a good time for Superlek to pull out some new tricks.
While both men are Muay Thai veterans this bout will be contested under kickboxing rules with Superlek’s flyweight title on the line. He won the strap with a decision win over Daniel Gallardo at ONE Fight Night 6 last month.

Superlek has been on a tour of gyms in the US. He has trained with some top mixed martial artists and also held pads for legendary rapper Whiz Kalifa.
He is riding a six fight winning streak that culminated in the victory in Bangkok that earned him the flyweight kickboxing belt. The 27 year old comes from a family of legendary fighters, his uncle Singdam was a multiple time Muay Thai champion and his cousin Petpanomrung is one of the best kickboxers in the world.
The Kiatm009 camp is located in a small village in rural Isan and is renowned for producing elite Muay Thai fighters, kickboxers and boxers. These days Superlek conducts his training camps in Bangkok.
But as a world renowned Muay Thai star he is in demand for seminars all over the world. Superlek has travelled to several places to share his extensive knowledge and seems to have picked up some tips himself along the way.
