Two of the top featherweights on the Deep roster will face off in Tokyo on September 8th. Kyosuke Yokoyama takes on Juntaro Ushiku at the New Pier Hall.
Ushiku (18-7-1) signed for the promotion last year and is riding a three fight winning streak. Meanwhile Yokoyama (11-6) comes into Deep 91 after back to back wins.
The event also features undefeated flyweight prospect Yuki Ito (5-0). The 22 year old, who also has an unblemished amateur record, will be going up against Rizin veteran Yamato Fujita.
At the more experienced end of the flyweight spectrum is Daisuke Endo (17-12-2). He will go in search of his third straight Deep win when he takes on Kazuhide Shirota (11-8-5).
Two more experienced flyweights will do battle at Deep 91 when Tomohiro Adaniya (16-3-3) takes on Kaito Sakamaki (15-9-1). The latter is coming off a decision defeat to Yuya Shibata while the former hasn’t lost a fight in nearly two years.
