Fil-Am bantamweight Mark Striegl and Chinese flyweight Qileng Aori will both be in action at UFC 261. The former has been matched with Johnny Muñoz while the latter faces Jeff Molina.

Striegl (18-3) suffered serious facial injuries during his debut loss to Said Nurmagomedov at UFC Fight Island 6. He is an Asian MMA veteran who has fought for promotions like ONE Championship, the URCC and Legend FC.

Munoz (10-1) is also coming off a loss on his promotional debut. He dropped a decision to Nate Maness at UFC Vegas 5.

Aori (18-5) has won six fights in a row with WLF in China. He has been training at the UFC Performance Institute in Shanghai and will be competing in the octagon for the first time.

Moline (8-2) is also making his promotional debut. He earned a UFC contract after an impressive performance at Dana White’s Contender Series.

As previously announced Danaa Batgerel will be back in action at UFC 261. The Mongolian bantamweight has been matched with Kevin Natividad on April 24th.

No venue has been confirmed for UFC 261 although it is likely to take place at the Apex Centre in Las Vegas. In the main event Valentina Shevchenko (20-3) defends her flyweight title against Jéssica Andrade (21-8)

Former middleweight champion Chris Weidman takes on the always entertaining Uriah Hall.
In the light heavyweight division the experienced Anthony Smith has been matched with Jimmy Crute.
