ONE: ‘Roots of Honor’ is set for the MOA Arena on April 12th and will be headlined by a featherweight title bout between Martin Nguyen and Jadambaa Narantungalag. Eight additional bouts were announced today featuring the likes of Leandro Issa and Luis Santos.
Former bantamweight title challenger Issa (16-7) will be looking to get back on track after a stoppage loss to Muin Gafurov. That defeat snapped a three fight winning streak for the BJJ black belt.
He will be going up against Fu Chang Xin (9-1) who has an impressive record which has been compiled at the expense of unimpressive opposition. The Chinese fighter faces a step up against the UFC and ONE Championship veteran.
Former welterweight title challenger Luis Santos (65-11-0-1) will be looking to put together back to back wins for the first time since 2016. He has been matched with undefeated wrestler (10-0).
The card will also feature two brothers in featherweight action. Edward Kelly (11-6) takes on Sung Jong Lee (4-4) while Eric Kelly (12-6) has been matched with Kai Tang (9-2)
