Celebrity Muay Thai student Rae Lil Black has been training Muay Thai for three months. The porn star turned social media influencer showed off the improvements she has made training at the Superbon Gym during this period.
The Bangkok based gym certainly sounds proud of what their celebrity student has achieved in this brief time posting on Instagram that,
“Stop wishing start doing. After practicing Muay Thai for four months this is her development.”

Exact timescale
There seems to be some confusion about the exact timescale with Rae Lil Black replying that,
“It has been amazing full three months training at Superbon Training Camp. Cannot wait to continue my journey of learning and getting strong! Thank you so much.”
With her 1.8 million Instagram followers Rae Lil Black is certainly helping to raise the profile of the sport, as well as the gym which ONE Championship star Superbon Banchamek has opened in Bangkok. She has more followers on the platform then either Buakaw Banchamek, Saenchai PKSanchaigym or Rodtang Jitmuangnon.

Ringside regular
She doesn’t just train Muay Thai. The Bangkok based beauty is also a regular ringside at both Lumpinee Stadium and Rajadamnern and says that her favourite fighter is Tawanchai PKSaenchaigym.
Tawanchai beat Superbon at ONE Friday Fights 46 last December. It isn’t clear exactly who Rae Lil Black was cheering for that night and it could have made for some awkward moments around the gym.
She is also a big Buakaw fan by the sounds of it and has been to several of his fights at Rajadamnern Stadium. Celebrities from the music industry like Central Cee and Steve Aoki have been spotted training Muay Thai in recent years.
Rae Lil Black is currently flying the flag for the porn industry and she certainly brings a lot of attention to the sport as she sets out on her Muay Thai journey.
