Hong Kong’s Sasha Palatnikov will be back in action at UFC Vegas 35. The 32 year old has been matched with Ramiz Brahimaj at the Apex Centre in Las Vegas on August 21st.

Palatnikov (6-3) was submitted by Impa Kasanganay at UFC on ABC 2 last month. He made his promotional debut at UFC 255 in November, stopping the previously undefeated Louis Cosce and picking up a $50,000 USD bonus in the process.

Brahimaj (8-3) won the IBJJF No Gi World Championships as a blue belt in 2019. But suffered a serious injury to his ear at UFC Vegas 12 this year and ended up losing by TKO to Max Griffin in his first octagon outing.

The event will be headlined by a middleweight bout between #3 ranked Paulo Costa (13-1) and #5 ranked Jared Cannonier (13-5). In the flyweight division #3 ranked Alexandre Pantoja (23-5) takes on #6 ranked Brandon Royval (12-5).
