Satoshi Yamasu faces Juntaro Ushiku in featherweight title bout at Deep 95
Deep 95 is set for Tokyo on May 6th. In the main event Satoshi Yamasu puts his featherweight title on the line against Juntaro Ushiku.
Yamasu (11-4) successfully defended the title for the first time at Deep 89 last May. He stopped Daiki Hata in the second round but has not fought since.
Ushiku (17-7-1) is riding a five fight winning streak that includes three victories inside the Deep cage. The Pancrase veteran will be looking to win a title for the first time in his career.
The card also features ONE Championship and UFC veteran Daichi Abe (6-4). The former welterweight King of Pancrase will be looking to get his career back on track after four straight losses when he faces Yoichiro Sato (21-11-2).
The third fight currently on the card pits Satoko Shinashi (38-4-2) against Mizuki Oshiro (2-1) in a rematch. The former won the first meeting by first round stoppage at Deep 93.
Last Sunday Deep 94 took place at the Korakuen Hall. In the main event Ryuichiro Sumimura scored a decision win over Yuta Watanabe to retain his welterweight title.
