Francisca Vera will return to the ring this week. ‘Scarface’ has been matched with Nongam Fairtex in a catchweight contest at ONE Friday Fights 31.
At ONE Friday Fights 4 Vera really lived up to her nickname. She was badly cut by Gusjung Fairtex in the opening round but Scarface came from behind to win the fight by decision.
She came up short against Lisa Brierley at ONE Friday Fights 14. But this time out she will be renewing her rivalry with the Fairtex Gym in a catchweight contest set for 112lbs.
She has been matched with Nongam Fairtex who was last seen knocking out Lisa Brierley at ONE Friday Fights 24. She has won both her bouts on this series with a right hook so Vera knows what to look out for.

Former ONE Championship bantamweight Muay Thai champion Alaverdi Ramazanov will be back in action. He has been matched with Alessandro Sara.
Ramazanov has seen his form dip in 2023. He lost his bid to recapture the title when he was stopped by Nong-O Gaiyanghadao in the third round at ONE Friday Fights 1.
While there is no shame in losing to one of the best Muay Thai fighters on the roster he will have been disappointed to drop a decision to the relatively unknown Mavlud Tupiev. Sara is also looking for his first win on the series after being stopped in he opening round by Erdem Taha Dincer last time out.
