The full fight card for ONE Fight Night 22 is out. There will be some of the biggest name in Muay Thai on the card with two title fights including a unification bout that will have the undisputed heavyweight title on the line.

Also added to the card this week was Shamil Erdogan who will be making his debut at Lumpinee Stadium on June 22nd. The Turkish middleweight has been matched with Fan Rong.

Erdogan (8-0) has spent the majority of his career competing in Russia. He has also spent time training at AKA Thailand in Phuket and will be making his middleweight debut after spending his entire career competing in the light heavyweight division.

Rong (19-4) has been finished with a guillotine choke in his last two fights. But both submission losses came at the hands of former champions, the only people to beat the Chinese fighter since he signed with ONE Championship are Aung La Nsang Vitaly Bigdash and Reinier de Ridder.

Big headliner

ONE Championship appears to be pulling out all the stops for this card. The heavyweight title fight in which Arjan Bhullar will face interim champion Anatoly Malykhin has not even been handed main event status.

That honour goes to the rematch between Sam-A Gaiyanghadao and Prajanchai PKSaenchaigym which will have the interim strawweight Muay Thai belt on the line. Reigning champion Joseph Lasiri is injured so two of his former opponents have been handed the opportunity to fight for the belt.

Sam-A has been scheduled to fight Kompetch Fairtex on this card. But there has been a reshuffle and he will now be rematching Prajanchai who beat him at ONE: ‘Battleground’ in 2021.

Prajanchai won the title that night. But he lost it at the hands of Joseph Lasiri, quitting on his stool before the start of the fourth round at ONE 157.
