Yan Xiaonan: ‘I clearly won rounds 1 and 2’!
Yan Xiaonan has spoken out following her split decision loss to Marina Rodriguez at UFC 272 last weekend. The Chinese strawweight is adamant that she won the first two rounds and should have got the nod from the judges:

We had Xiaonan winning the first round but, in fairness to the judges, the second really was too close to call. In the end only one of them scored it for the Chinese fighter.
That meant it was the Brazilian who left with a split decision win. The fact that she played her part in a highly entertaining fight will be scant consolation to Xiaonan who suffers her second straight UFC loss.
