There were extenuating circumstances. ‘Buchecha’ is one of the greatest submission specialists to have ever stepped inside an MMA cage and has won world championships in grappling on multiple occasions.
Silva comes from a kickboxing background but when he got taken down in the first 15 seconds by Almeida there was only going to be one outcome…
