A welterweight fight between Andre Fialho and Sang Hoon Yoo has been added to the UAE Warriors 20 card. The event is set for the Jiu Jitsu Arena in Abu Dhabi on June 19th.
PFL and Bellator veteran Andre Fialho (11-4) is coming off a stoppage win over UFC veteran James Vick in January. That snapped a three match losing skid for the Portugese fighter.
Sang Hoon Yoo (6-1) will be making his promotional debut. He is coming off a stoppage win over Kyung Jun Ahn at AFC 14 last August.
Undefeated South African Zaakir Badat (2-0) takes on Turkey’s Ercin Sirin who will be making his pro debut.
As previously announced former UFC flyweight challenger Ray Borg will be in action at UAE Warriors 20. He has been matched with Jesse Arnett in a bantamweight bout.
Also on the UAE Warriors 20 card is a welterweight fight between PFL veteran Handesson Ferreira and up and coming Georgian prospect Amiran Gogoladze.
Undefeated Lebanese middleweight Mohamad Osseili will face Wilfried Edmund at UAE Warriors 20. The event is set for the Jiu Jitsu Arena in Abu Dhabi on June 19th.
Osseili (3-0) is based in Dubai and is coming off first round stoppage wins at UAE Warriors 15 and UAE Warriors 18. His two fights for the promotion so far have lasted a grand total of two minutes and 17 seconds.
Edmund (6-4) comes into this contest on the back of a three fight losing skid. The 33 year old Frenchman has not fought since 2017.
The other fight added to the card is in the lightweight division and pits Ireland against Russia. John Mitchell (2-0) has been matched with Glory and Kunlun veteran Arbi Emiev (1-1).
