Ritu Phogat has an army of passionate fans. Reigning ONE Championship heavyweight champion Arjan Bhullar is one of them, he took to Instagram to leave a message of support for the Indian star.

Ritu and her family are extremely well known in India, there was a Bollywood movie called ‘Dangal’ made about here and her sisters. The newly crowned heavyweight champion was born and raised in Canada but his family is from India and he has strong roots there.
Arjan certainly knows who he will be rooting for at ONE: ‘Empower’ tomorrow night. He is a signed up member of Team Ritu and is hoping the 27 year old can go all the way in the atomweight Grand Prix.
For her part Ritu looks extremely relaxed. She’s been chilling by the pool all week but tomorrow night the serious business starts with ONE Championship’s first ever all female fight card.
