Doo Ho Choi took to Instagram to announce he would be unable to compete at UFC Vegas 33. The Korean featherweight has pulled out of his fight with Danny Chavez after suffering a shoulder injury in training.

In a lengthy post Choi detailed in both Korean and English exactly why he would be unable to compete at the Apex Centre on July 31st:

There are two other Asian fighters on the UFC Vegas 33 card. Wu Yanan will face off against Nicco Montaño in a battle between two unranked bantamweights.

Choi’s compatriot Kyung Ho Kang will also be back in action at UFC Vegas 33. The former has been matched with Rani Yahya in a bantamweight bout.
