A featherweight fight between an experienced veteran and an up and coming contender has been added to the Pancrase 326 card. Issei Tamura will take on Kisa Miyake at Belle Salle Takadanobaba on March 21st.
Tamura (13-12) is a UFC veteran and former featherweight King of Pancrase. But the 37 year old is coming off back to back defeats and last tasted victory in 2019.
Miyake (6-2) is at the opposite end of his career. The 22 year old returned in 2019 after a long break and has won five fights out of six since although he is coming off a defeat to Shinsuke Kamei at Pancrase 323.
As previously announced two title fights have already been confirmed for Pancrase 326. Emi Fujino will be defending her strawweight title against Karen Date while Yura Naito faces Ryo Kawamura for the vacant middleweight strap.
The third title fight on the Pancrase 326 card sees Toru Ogawa take on Satoru Enomoto with the flyweight strap on the line. It will be the promotion’s first fight card of 2022 and the first since the closure of Studio Coast.
