Jarred Brooks has really gone the extra mile in his efforts to taunt opponent Hiroba Minowa on Twitter. The American has hired the services of a Japanese translator and has also made his own rap video.

You can see the latter here:

Perhaps Brooks was concerned that his lyrics would be lost on Minowa who probably doesn’t speak English. So he hired the services of a translator to enable him to taunt the former strawweight champion in his own language:

According to Twitter this translates as:

‘Did I study from your match? Do you say what you couldn’t do as if you had accomplished it? I couldn’t finish Adiwang. While Minowa was drinking chocolate milk at school, I finished Adiwang and showed you the best game plan.’

What Brooks is probably trying to say is that he submitted Lito Adiwang in the second round whereas Minowa went the distance with the Filipino, only beating him by way of split decision.

Brooks has only fought once for ONE Championship but has already courted controversy by taunting Team Lakay. He put his money where his mouth is last time out, submitting Adiwang in the second round.

Minowa will be hoping to silence ‘The Monkey God’ on Friday but in the meantime Brooks seems to have plenty to say for himself!
