Jenelyn Olsim and Jihin Radzuan have been added to the ONE Championship atomweight Grand Prix. According to the Philippines Daily Inquirer the two will face off in an alternate bout.
The fight will take place at ONE: ‘NextGen’ on October 29th, along with the Grand Prix semi finals. If either of the finalists picks up an injury then the winner of the fight between Olsim and Radzuan will replace them.
Olsim (5-2) has won two fights out of two for ONE Championship, beating Maira Mazar and Bi Nguyen. Radzuan (6-2) is also coming off a win over Nguyen and has fought seven times for the promotion.
Olsim was originally set to face Grace Cleveland in an alternate bout at ONE: ‘Empower’. The Thai fighter pulled out but the Filipina has been given a second chance to succeed in the tournament, albeit an outside chance.
All eyes will be on the Grand Prix semi finals but the event is actually being headlined by a light heavyweight kickboxing title fight. Roman Kryklya will be defending his light heavyweight title against Murat Aygun at the Singapore Indoor Stadium.
