Jeremy Miado has fought Miao Li Tao twice and he has finished the Chinese fighter twice. The Filipino needed slightly longer in the rematch, finishing the fight in the second round.

The finish was emphatic with Miao taking sustained punishment:

The win takes Miado to 10-4 and could be enough for the Filipino to break into the top five at strawweight. Last time out he finished Miao with a flying knee.

They say that lightning doesn’t strike twice and Miado couldn’t finish the rematch in identical fashion. But it was just as impressive and the Filipino is clearly a force to be reckoned with in the strawweight division.
