After signing with the UFC last month Jo Sung-Bin finally has a date and an opponent for his promotional debut.
Bin (9-0) will take on Daniel Teymur (6-3) at UFC on ESPN+ 11 which is set for the Ericsson Globe in Stockholm on June 2nd.
Teymur, who is the brother of UFC lightweight David Teymur, has not had the same success as his younger sibling.e
The Swede started off his career with six straight wins which led to a contract with the UFC in the middle of 2017. However he has yet to taste victory inside the octagon, losing all three fights.
Jo is undefeated and has held titles with several promotions in Japan and Korea. But the 26 year old will be fighting outside of Asia for the first time on June 2nd.
UFC Stockholm will feature a pair of highly-anticipated and pivotal light heavyweight matchups. The headliner will have former title challengers Alexander Gustafsson and Anthony Smith facing off.
Meanwhile top ranked light heavyweights Volkan Oezdemir and Ilir Latifi will face off in the co-main event.
