Two more fights have been added to the Shooto 0923 card. In the bantamweight division Joji Goto has been matched with Keita Ishibashi.
Goto (12-4-1) has won seven out of his last eight fights. He was last seen in action at Shooto 0320, beating Mamoru Uoi by decision.
Ishibashi (10-8-2) will also be fighting for the first time this year. He has been out of action since Shooto 1123 where he beat Akuri Ronda by decision.
The other fight added to the card is in the middleweight division. Taiga Iwasaki (3-0) won three fights out of three in 2020 and will be making his Pancrase debut against Ryota Imaichi who will be competing as a pro for the first time.
As previously announced Yuki Kawana will be defending his lightweight title at Shooto 0923. The champion returns after an unsuccessful stint with Rizin to take on challenger Yamato Nishikawa.
In the bantamweight division Tatsuya Ando has been matched with Hayato Ishii . The former will be putting his Pacific Rim title on the line.
