Pancrase 306 has a new main event. Hiromitsu Miura appears to have been injured and Kenta Takagi has stepped in to replace him and challenge Hiroyuki Tetsuka for the vacant welterweight title.
No details about Miura’s withdrawal were made public but the promotion announced the new matchup on Twitter:

Glaico França was crowned as the welterweight King of Pancrase last July but vacated the belt in order to sign with the PFL. Tetsuka (6-3) dropped a decision to the Brazilian in a non title match last year, his only recent defeat.
Takagi (17-16) is coming off a stoppage win at Pancrase 304. He needed just 91 seconds to knock out Kazuma Maruyama and has been rewarded with the opportunity to win the promotion’s vacant welterweight title.
Tetsuka has won three of his last four Pancrase fights. The split decision loss to França was the sole blemish on a recent record that has seen him beat Akihiro Murayama, Toshikazu Suzuki, Sergey Kulik and Yuta Nakamura.
The Pancrase 306 card also features a match between two flyweight veterans with Ryuichi Miki taking on Manabu Inoue. Other fighters in action include JJ Ambrose, Adam Antolin and Toshikazu Suzuki.
The event is scheduled for June 30th at Shinkiba Studio Coast in Tokyo.
