Having suffered the first defeat of his entire career at Rizin 15 earlier this year Koji Takeda will be looking to get back to winning ways next month. He has a lightweight title defence against Juri Ohara booked for Deep 92 on October 22nd.

Takeda (8-1) claimed the title by beating Satoru Kitaoka at Deep 86 last year. The 24 year old was rewarded with a Rizin contract but lost his undefeated record after dropping a decision to Damien Brown.

Ohara (25-16-3) is significantly more experienced. The two men fought at Deep 85 last August and Takeda claimed a unanimous decision win on that occasion.

Also in action at the Korakuen Hall will be UFC veteran Michihiro Omigawa (18-14-1). He has been booked to face Akihiko Mori (10-8-1) in a featherweight fight.

Reigning Deep middleweight champion Tatsuya Mizuno (21-12-1) will be competing in a light heavyweight non title fight. The 38 year old has won six in a row for Deep and has been matched with Ryo Sakai (8-9).

As previously announced Takahiro Ashida faces Tatsunao Nagakura in a featherweight fight while flyweights Kosuke Suzuki and Chikara Shimabukuro are also set to face off.

Deep-Jewels 26 is set for the same venue on the previous night.
