A rearranged welterweight bout has been added to the Pancrase 319 card. Masayuki Kikuiri faces Kenta Takagi at Shinkiba Studio Coast on October 27th.

The promotion took to Twitter to announce the matchup:

Kikuiri (5-1-1) is coming off the biggest win of his career at Pancrase 316. He stopped seasoned veteran Yuta Nakamura in the second round and had been booked to face another experienced opponent.

Takagi (17-18) is coming off back to back losses, he was submitted with a rear naked choke at Pancrase 306 and Pancrase 309. This bout was originally scheduled to take place at Pancrase 318 last month.

As previously announced Yuki Kondo will face Yutaka Kobayashi in a welterweight bout at Pancrase 319. Bantamweight Takeshi Kasugai has been booked to face Toshinori Tsunemura while lightweights Hiroto Uesako and Koshi Matsumoto go head to head.

The event will take place behind closed doors and with a same day weigh in. Fighters will be allowed to move up a division to compensate, so lightweights will be required to weigh in at 170lbs.
