Deep-Jewels 32 is set for Tokyo on March 7th. In the main event Miki Motono will be rematching Seika Izawa and this time she will be putting her strawweight title on the line.
Motono (5-2) dropped a decision to Izawa (2-0) at Deep-Jewels 31. However her strawweight belt was not at stake on that occasion so the promotion has offered her an immediate rematch with the champion, with a title up for grabs.
In the flyweight division Mikiko Shimizu (2-0-0) has been matched with Yukari Nabe (8-3-1). Meanwhile seasoned strawweight Yuko Oya (9-8) has been matched with newcomer Shoko Fujita.
The matchups have not been set but the card will also feature the opening round of an atomweight Grand Prix. Eight of the best 105lbers on the roster will be competing in the tournament.
The participants are Otoha Nagao, Si Woo Park, Hikaru Aono, Sakura Mori, Aya Murakami, Emi Tomimatsu, Saori Oshima and Mizuki Oshiro. The event is set for the Korakuen Hall and will be the promotion’s first of the year.
