Three more fights have been added to the Shooto 30th Anniversary Tour card in Tokyo. Two Filipino fighters will be in action against Japanese opponents at the Korakuen Hall on May 6th.

Jerome Wanawan (4-3) returns to the cage after a five year absence. The Filipino has been handed a tough fight on his international debut as he faces former Shooto strawweight champion Ryohei Kurosawa (11-1).

Wanawan won’t be the only strawweight travelling from Baguio to face a top Japanese contender. Jared Almazan (1-2) will need to pull off a massive upset if he is to overcome Koha Minowa (9-2).

The other addition to the card is an all Japanese affair pitting two men who have held Shooto world titles together. Former 135lbs champion Kazuma Sone (23-17) has been matched with former 145lbs champion Yuta Nezu (21-10).

The May 6th Shooto 30th Anniversary Tour event will feature two title fights with the flyweight and lightweight champions both defending their titles. Reigning 125lbs champion Hiromasa Ogikubo faces Kiyotaka Shimizu while lightweight champion Koshi Matsumoto goes up against Naoyuki Kotani.
