Khabib Nurmagomedov took to Twitter to share some big news. ONE Championship has signed his ‘brother’ Saygid Izagakhmaev.
While the two are not biologically related Khabib expects big things from Izagakhmaev who is set to make his promotional debut in December:
I want to share news with you guys , my brother Saygid Izagakhmaev has signed a contract with @ONEChampionship and his next fight will be on December.

He also revealed that he had met with ONE Championship head honcho Chatri Sityodtong. Since retiring from MMA the former UFC lightweight champion has earned a reputation as being one of the best coaches in the business.
Could we see more of Khabib’s fighters signing for ONE Championship? Izagakhmaev, who holds a 19-2 record and competes in the welterweight division, will be looking to do his ‘big brother’ proud this December.
