Rika Ishige is working out! The Thai/Japanese stunner is hard at work in the gym and she is joined by some famous friends from the world of Muay Thai.

Work, work, work
The caption can be translated as ‘work, work, work’. It might have been a while since we last saw Rika fighting but she still seems to be training hard and staying in excellent shape.
Rika turned 33 earlier this year but doesn’t appear to be getting any older! We don’t know what her secret is but the Thai atomweight could easily pass for a teenager.
Rika didn’t manage to get a fight in during 2021. But she has been travelling around Thailand training at various camps including Bang Tao Muay Thai and Tiger Muay Thai.

Losing skid
Rika is currently on a three fight losing skid. But she remains a big draw and when ONE Championship returns to Bangkok the 33 year old is sure to be on the card.
Zaza last fought in 2018. She is actually five years younger than Rika, her Muay Thai career is on hold but she is married to fellow fighter Leo Pinto.
Pinto fought numerous times in Lumpinee and Rajadamnern and was well known on the Muay Thai scene in Thailand. In 2020 he signed for ONE Championship but all three of his fights for the promotion have ended in defeat.
He has also appeared on numerous television shows in Thailand and has amassed a substantial Instagram following. He is not as popular as Rika though who has a cool 242,000 followers.
