Rodtang Jitmuangnon is out of ONE on Prime Video 1 after failing to provide a urine sample for the hydration tests. He had been scheduled to face Savvas Michael in the semi finals of the flyweight Grand Prix.
The news was broken by MMA Fighting earlier this morning and there is no news on whether Michael will automatically advance to the final, a replacement will be found or the bout will be rescheduled:

Alternate bout
This would have been Rodtang’s 12th ONE Championship fight and he has never missed weight before. The promotion’s protocols require fighters to prove that they have not dehydrated themselves excessively by providing a urine sample.
It appears Rodtang was unable to do this and has been removed from the card. It is set to take place tomorrow morning (local time) in Singapore and will be broadcast live on Amazon Prime in North America.
There is also an alternate bout for the flyweight Muay Thai Grand Prix on the card. Panpayak Jitmuangnon is facing Sherzod Kabutov and it is possible that one of these fighters could replace Rodtang in the semi final.

In the main event Adriano Moraes defends his flyweight title against Demetrious Johnson in a rematch. Last time out the Brazilian won with a knockout in what was seen as a major upset.
According to MMA Fighting the champion is also struggling to pass his hydration tests. But the final weight in results have not been released and the only confirmed news is that Rodtang is definitely out.
Nong-O Gaiyanghadao and Liam Harrison both weighed in and passed hydration tests without a hitch ahead of their eagerly anticipated bantamweight Muay Thai title match. The challenger is coming off a hugely entertaining win over Muangthai PKSaenchaigym in one of the best rounds of action the sport has ever seen.
It remains to be seen whether the card will be reshuffled in order to give Savvas Michael a fight. There is also the possibility that a bout could be moved from tonight’s ONE 160 card to replace the Rodtang fight.
But as far as we know tomorrow morning’s card currently looks like this:
ONE on Amazon Prime 1, Singapore, August 27th
