Shooto 1123 is set for the Korakuen Hall next month. Japanese veteran Takafumi Otsuka will make his promotional debut against Tatsuya Ando in a bantamweight bout on November 23rd.
Otsuka (22-17-1-1) has been fighting for Deep since 2006 and held bantamweight and featherweight titles. He has also competed under the banners of Rizin and Road FC and has won two out of his last three fights.
Ando (11-2-1) is the Shooto Pacific Rim bantamweight champion. He challenged for the main 135lbs title last year but fought to a draw with reigning champion Ryo Okada.
As previously announced Megumi Sugimoto will face Satomi Takano in a catchweight contest on this card. The event will also feature a flyweight fight between seasoned veteran Kiyotaka Shimizu and undefeated prospect Tatsuro Taira.
In the featherweight division Yoshizumi Kobayashi faces Takahiro Ichijo and Keita Ishibashi takes on Akuri Ronda.
