Two top bantamweights will face off at Pancrase 313. Wataru Mimura faces Sho Sekihara at Shinkiba Studio Coast on March 8th.

Mimura (12-3-2) fought four times for Pancrase last year, winning three of those bouts. He has been a professional for seven years and will have a significant advantage in terms of experience.

Mimura is coming off a submission loss at the hands of Saimon Oliveira at Pancrase 311. He tends to go the distance and that defeat broke a streak of three straight split decision wins.

Meanwhile Sekihara (3-0) only made his professional debut last May. The 28 year old won three fights out of three for Pancrase last year but faces a step up against an experienced opponent.

Also added to the card is a flyweight fight pitting Hawaii’s Rilley Dutro (14-5) against Taiki Akiba (10-9-1). The former is coming off a win at Pancrase 308 while the latter suffered a decision defeat at Pancrase 311.

As previously announced Daichi Kitakata will make the first defence of his strawweight title at Pancrase 313. The 28 year old is scheduled to fame Adam Antolin.
