We can’t wait to see Rika Ishige back in the cage. The Thai/Japanese atomweight is on a bit of a losing streak but she still looks good as this footage shows.

She certainly packs a punch and it’s good to see she is staying sharp after a year away from the cage. Rika has four ONE Championship wins to her name and they have all come by way of submission.
She is definitely good on the ground but the 32 year old seems to be working on her striking skills. We think Rika is looking sharp. Do you agree?
