In 2021 Yoshinori Horie admitted that he had resorted to gay sex work in order to try and earn a little income when he was struggling to make the breakthrough as a mixed martial artist. It was a surprising revelation but doesn’t appear to have affected the UFC veteran’s career.
However there were repercussions for the 27 year old and he discussed them in length on Rizin Confessions. It seems that his brief sojourn into the world of gay sex work was captured on camera,
“I got tricked into that video without being prepared. I was walking in Shibuya with my friend when a guy came up to me and said I’m good looking and told me my privacy would be guaranteed which was a lie.”

Sex act
Horie admitted to receiving a sex act from another man in a series of tweets in 2021. Presumably he is referring to the same incident in this footage which was filmed in the buildup to and aftermath of Rizin 41,
“I have exposed myself fully butt naked. I feel much stronger because of that incident (and) I have less fears now. I’ve gone international for those who want to see my junk so I’m used to expressing myself now.”
He also had some strong words for the people who filmed him without consent and then released the footage,
“Those guys can live in shame after watching this. Guys like me can walk around proudly.”

Bad joke
He has also been given the nickname ‘Future Boy’ in some quarters which seems harmless enough. However Horie thinks he is the victim of a malicious joke and is not impressed,
“I’m annoyed. Future Boy is the name of the company who tricked me into starring in that porno. So I think it’s wrong to use that nickname.”
Horie saw his three fight winning streak snapped by Vugar Karamov at Rizin 41. Afterwards he sounded despondent telling Rizin Confessions that,
“I put everything into this fight camp, I have no regrets but I’m very disappointed.”
Having missed all of 2022 Horie is back in action and earning money as a mixed martial artist. He might be coming off a loss but at least he won’t have to worry about accepting any more seedy sexual assignments in order to make ends meet.
