A featherweight fight between Japanese veteran Akira Okada and Brazil’s Shyudi Yamauchi has been added to the rescheduled Pancrase 313 card. The two will face off at Shinkiba Studio Coast on April 12th.

As usual the promotion took to Twitter to announce the matchup:

Okada (13-8-3) made his debut a decade ago. The 33 year old is on the worst run of results in his career and has lost his last three, being stopped by Yuki Okano in his most recent fight at Road to ONE: ‘Century’.

Yamauchi (17-10) was born in Japan but grew up in Brazil. He has spent the majority of his career competing in Brazil and is the brother of Bellator veteran Goiti Yamauchi.

As previously announced Genpei Hayashi faces Tatsuya Saika on the Pancrase 313 card. The bout will have the interim lightweight title on the line.

The card also features a flyweight fight pitting Hawaii’s Rilley Dutro against Taiki Akiba. Meanwhile featherweight veterans Issei Tamura and Suguru Nii go head to head.

Pancrase 314 is scheduled to take place in the same venue on the same day.
