An openweight rematch has been added to the Road FC 55 card. It features the always entertaining Chris Barnett who faces Shim Gun-Oh in Daegu on September 8th.
Barnett (18-6) is riding a three fight winning streak that includes two wins for Road FC. ‘Beast Boy’ is a regular visitor to Asia and has also fought for Martial Combat, IGF and Rizin.
Gun-Oh (5-3) is coming off a stoppage win at Road FC 54. He’s only lost one fight in the last three years. That was against Barnett in 2017 and he will have the opportunity to avenge that defeat in Daegu.
As previously announced the Road FC 55 main event pits featherweight champion Lee Jeong-Yeong against Hae Jin Park. The former will be making the first defence of the title he won at Road FC 50.
There will also be a lightweight clash between Mongolian Nandin Erdene and Korean Hong Young-Gi.
