Hideki Sekine will go looking for his third straight win at Rizin Trigger 3. The event is set for the Musashino Mori Sports Plaza on April 16th and the veteran, who is a big MMA fan as well as being a fighter, has been matched with Satoshi Kamiyama in an openweight match.
Sekine (11-5) stopped Shoma Shibisai in the second round at Rizin 33. The 48 year old has been handed a fight with former sumo wrestler Kamiyama Satoshi who is making his MMA debut.
Also on the card is a lightweight bout pitting former lightweight King of Pancrase Tatsuya Saika (7-2) against ONE Championship veteran Kimihiro Eto (18-6-2). In the bantamweight division Shooto Watanabe (23-6-6 ) takes on Takuma Sudo (5-0).
As previously announced the event will be headlined by a lightweight bout between Yusuke Yachi and Luiz Gustavo. Also on the card is a featherweight fight pitting Kazumasa Majima against Masanori Kanehara.
In the bantamweight division Yuto Hokamura takes on Kazuma Kuramoto . Both men were eliminated from the recent Rizin bantamweight Grand Prix.
