Former Road FC flyweight champion Min Jong Song will headline ONE Warrior Series 9. The Korean faces Micael De Jesus in Singapore on December 4th.
Song (11-7) tasted victory at OWS 5 and OWS 8. He hasn’t lost a fight since 2014 and and was the reigning Road FC 125lbs champion when he signed with ONE Championship for the second time earlier this year.
De Jesus (8-3) has spent his entire career competing in Brazil. He is a decorated BJJ black belt who is currently based in Kuala Lumpur and will be making his ONE Championship debut on December 4th.
Also representing Brazil will be Carlos Prates (9-5). He will be looking to bounce back from his decision loss at OWS 6 when he takes on Joseph Luciano (1-0) who had a successful amateur career and is coming off a victory on his pro debut at OWS 7.
There will also be a flyweight fight featuring ONE Hero Series veteran Xie Wei (4-2). He has been matched with Rockie Bactol (1-1) who will be looking to bounce back from his late stoppage loss at ONE: ‘Conquest of Champions’.
