Noelle Grandjean has been matched with So Yul Kim at ONE Friday Fights 28. The bout pits together two of the top unranked atomweights currently competing for the promotion.

Grandjean (4-0) is coming off a first round stoppage win over Lea Bivins at ONE Fight Night 3 last year. She picked up $50,000 USD for that performance but has been handed a much more difficult looking matchup here.

Kim (7-1) comes into this contest on the back of a seven fight winning streak. The Korean holds a notable win over MMA and boxing veteran Raika Emiko who she submitted in the third round at Shooto 1127 last year.

Best of the rest

These cards tent to consist primarily of Muay Thai bouts and Friday’s looks to be no exception. In the flyweight division Kongsuk Fairtex faces Jaosuayai Sor Dechapan.

Kongsuk is the reigning Channel 7 lightweight champion and the former Lumpinee bantamweight and super bantamweight champion. Jaosuayai  is coming off a highlight reel KO win over Phetsukumvit Boybangna at ONE Friday Fights 20.

As previously announced Dave Bangguigui is taking on Sanlanggexi in a strawweight bout.
