Weili Zhang has been handed an immediate rematch with Rose Namajunas. The strawweight title will be on the line when the two face off at UFC 268 in New York.
The two first fought at UFC 261 in April and it didn’t go too well for the Chinese fighter who was knocked out in the first round:
TOO EASY.

That win earned Namajunas (10-4) the UFC strawweight title that had previously been the property of Zhang. The fight took place in Florida and the reception for the Chinese fighter could best be described as hostile with the crowd putting its weigh firmly behind the American challenger.
Things might not get any easier for Zhang (21-2) at Madison Square Garden which is likely to be packed full of patriotic fans. The loss to Namajunas snapped an incredible 21 fight winning streak for the Chinese fighter.
