Saemapetch Fairtex has another new opponent ahead of ONE: ‘Immortal Triumph’. The Thai had originally been slated to face reigning Lumpinee welterweight champion Rafi Bohic but the Frenchman pulled out due to injury.
Bohic was replaced by another French fighter, Azize Hlali, but he also appears to have pulled out of the fight. Saemapetch’s third, and hopefully final opponent, will be Adam Noi.
The 20 year old hails from France and has had success on the amateur circuit. In July he won three bouts in just four days to win the IFMA Muay Thai World Championship for the second time.
As previously announced the card will be headlined by a bantamweight title match putting champion Nong-O Gaiyanghadao against challenger Brice Delval. Meanwhile Anderson Silva faces Beybulat Isaev in a kickboxing bout.
Among the fighters on the card with local roots is Vietnamese American atomweight Bi Nugyen. She will be hoping to make it a triumphant homecoming when she faces Puja Tomar in an atomweight Muay Thai bout.
