Ohara (27-18-3) is coming off back to back wins at Deep 95 and Rizin 22. He has challenged for the promotion’s lightweight title twice but was beaten by Koji Takeda on both occasions.

Kitaoka (42-21-10) is one of the most experienced fighters in the division. The 40 year old has not tasted victory in two years and is winless in his last four fights.

The event is set for TDC Hall and will serve as a celebration of the promotion’s 20th anniversary. The promotion’s inaugural show took place in 2001 with Royler Gracie facing Takehiro Murahama in the main event.
