Deep 99 is set for Tokyo on November 1st. Five more fights were added to the card this week with Seigo Yamamoto set to face Shuhei Higashi in the bantamweight division.
Higashi (11-5-1) has competed in both shoot boxing and lethwei but is riding a three fight winning streak. He hasn’t lost an MMA match since 2016 when he came up short in a bantamweight title shot with Grachan.
Yamamoto (5-5) is also coming off back to back wins. He was last seen in action at Road FC 56 last year, stopping Seok Han Park in the second round.
As previously announced the event will be headlined by a bantamweight fight between Yuki Motoya and Chihaya Yoneyama.
Deep 98 is set for New Pier Hall on the same day. Tickets are available and there will be a live audience in the venue.
